Cool
I like how they blink after they die. It was funny. I also thought The Devil Went Down to Georgia being played really quietly in the background was funny too.

Good Animation
But I hate Throwback's voice. It just doesn't work for me - everything else is 100% professional except for that voice. I wouldn't really suggest changing it in this stage of the game, but maybe some voice acting lessons? His voice seems flat and whispered like you didn't want to wake someone up when recording them.
To sum it all up - Throwback's voice needs more ZAZZ!
Otherwise - a very solid job.
Well Done.
Man, I really enjoyed this. Good graphics, good animation and a great soundtrack. I'm really digging the acoustic guitar; it's got an awesome tone. I also like how it's not trying to be too dark or mysterious, it's refreshing on a site like this; it gives the movie a certain innocent quality. The animation style was pretty awesome too, and you have a great eye for colour. Really wicked job.
By the way, what kind of guitar do you have?
I have a Martin Dreadnaught DXME. I think that's the guitar I used for it. Sometimes I use my father's guitar, which is a some kind of "Guild." My father's guitar sounds a bit better, because it has a solid wood top. Mine has some kind of cheap partical board top. Mine however is easier to play, because the strings are closer to the fretboard. My dad's strings are really high, and they chew up the fingers on my left hand, so I usually just use it for slide guitar playing...
I also have a Fender Fat Stratocaster electric guitar, and a Hamer Duotone.
Jaw Droppingly Good
I've been waiting for you to do new stuff for a long time now, since I love Mr. Coo. You are a stellar animator and I can't wait to see what else you can do.
Bravo.
(I would type more, but I'm sort of at a loss for words.)
It's amazing...
...that someone who writes the same song over and over again can be so popular. We get it, Lemon Demon can write catchy pop-tunes and semi-sing (albeit through his nose), so please don't come back until you have another formula.
Oh, and the animation was pretty good. Good job animators. :D
Didn't know about Columbine?!
I don't believe you. Show me the rock you've been living under!
Anyway, other then the teen-angsty message - the animation was decent. I'm also curious as to why this got front page? Did someone have Limp Bizkit on at the office?
And a few words of wisdom: We all know high school sucks, but the cool thing about high school is it ends.
Not bad at all.
Great animation, it had the sort of animation style that the old adventure games used to use. The graphics were pretty slick too. I have to say the best part was the credit sequence.
im sooo wwqasteed,
Great.
I didn't think this was slow at all, I did find it a little short though. Mind you, with the amount of work that went into that little piece, I bet it doesn't seem that short to Gear_Zero.
This is very good and I'm looking forward to the next ones.
Pretty good
It did have some simularity to 'Decline' but I don't think it was an exact copy, just just happen to share the same brand of humor. That cartoon had some great jokes, although I'm not sure about all the exploding...
Once again, all of the verbal jokes need to be sped up and they need to have more enthusiasm - this is possibly the only other thing you have in common with 'Decline'.
The skin tone problem did throw me off as well, but over all, the animation was pretty slick.
This is just episode one, after all, and I expect to see you guys improve. Keep up the good work and I look forward to Ep. 2.
Good.
Two things I didn't understand about this:
1. Why was it so slow?
2. Why do we have great noir music at the start and some shitty Pop-rock at the end?
The animation was pretty good, and I think it's setting up an alright story so keep this series going. You have to work on getting these movies sped up, though. As for the music - please stick to your stereotypical noir soundtrack - that music that was played right at the end took me out of the moment really fast.
Stick with this and improve, this is a good start.
You're damn right I haven't submitted anything.
